Chef Gary Jackson began his culinary career as a line cook for a Greenwood, NE, truck stop, but has since worked in Cracker Barrel, Ruby Tuesday and as the Executive Chef for Horseshoe Casino in Council Bluffs, IA. He has also worked as a meat inspector for the Department of Agriculture. He enjoys home remodeling and playing his prized 1978 Les Paul electric guitar, but Chef Gary’s true passion is cooking.
