About the Author:

Ralph Orsi, MA, LIMHP, NCC, has been a counselor with Best Care EAP since completing his community counseling graduate program at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2002.

He’s a self-proclaimed “no-holds-barred individual” who believes strongly in the value of honesty.

“You’ll get what you want to hear from your friends,” he said. “You’ll get what you need to hear from me.”

He especially enjoys helping people feel calm and relaxed at their initial sessions.

“My goal is to help them relax and help them understand that this is a safe place to talk about whatever they need to talk about. There’s no judgement – no criticism. Just open, honest dialogue.”

Orsi enjoys woodworking in his free time.
