Christine Vo, MD
About the Author:
Dr. Christine Vo grew up knowing she wanted to be a doctor. When she was a young girl, her father shared stories of life in Vietnam and the lack of basic medical care available to people. After he started his own practice to help the underserved, Dr. Vo decided she would follow in his footsteps in order to assist those who couldn't afford quality medical care or were too intimidated to seek help.
“We’re an immigrant family,” said Dr. Vo. “Following political issues in Vietnam, our family moved to America. After a while, my father was able to establish his own family practice and he would always serve the underserved. We would spend a lot of time in that office and growing up in that environment inspired me.”
Dr. Vo attended medical school at the Boston University School of Medicine and later completed her OB/GYN residency training at the University of Hawaii. She specializes in obstetrics and gynecology at Methodist Physicians Clinic 192Dodge.
Outside of the office, Dr. Vo enjoys staying active and practicing a variety of physical activities like kickboxing, running, hiking, yoga and Pilates. She also loves spending time with her family, often reading, cooking and traveling with her three children.
